this is wat pisses me off when i work in customer service.



i get scolded for anything and everything!!!



There are nice customers (god bless their heart) which are nice to serve, coz they smile, talk nicely and have patience....

BUT SOME ARE JUST SO [ INSERT BAD WORDS HERE ] !!!!! urgh.
