its been a while... i got lots to complain..about alot of stuff, about lots of people.

soemtimes i just don't get it why certain people is appreciated for their lazing around while those who actually do the job gets pushed aside and unnoticed.

so yeah, did a few mistakes and error here and there.. but i am not DUMB u know? i acutally LEARN from my mistakes and put in 150% effort so i do not do the SAME bloody mistake again.

but i wonder, is it so hard to get appreciation for things that i do?

c'mon. i type this and that. i do filing, submission list etc etc...
why cant i have some relaxation AFTER i am DONE with MY JOB?

don't i deserve respect too?

after looking at the sum of my salary, i know i am not paid enough f0r the job.
what's this, targets? its great for sales department, but what bout us poor customer service department?

I had to sit behind the counter, straining my eyes to read whatever the sales people write on the bloody paper, type this type that, out stock , in stock, check stock etc etc!

do i even have the time to go and FIGHT sales from the sales people tat are actually FIGHTING each other to get lines/phones to hit target?

before this, i was in sales department. i was great in sales coz i had the time to go through the whole phone plan, phone specs and voiceplan etc etc.

in short, i totally hate being in customer service department!
